Frequently Asked Questions

One post per day by default. The schedule and frequency are adjustable on the Automation page. Some days the engine enhances an existing post instead of creating a new one, depending on what will have the biggest impact. Your plan includes up to 15 posts per month.

Yes — edit them freely. The system automatically detects your changes by comparing content hashes. When a post is later enhanced, your edits are treated as protected elements: any links you added and sections you modified are preserved during the enhancement process. The Command Center shows an "edited" badge on posts you've changed, so you always know which ones have your manual touches.

  • 85+ — published automatically
  • 78–84 — weak sections are rewritten and re-scored ("smart retry")
  • Below 78 — saved as a draft for review, not published

A free Google tool showing how your site performs in search. The engine uses it to see what people search for, where you rank, and which pages are improving or declining — so it can make data-driven decisions instead of guessing. Available on Authority and Domination plans.

Searches people make where you don't have a matching post yet. For example, if someone searches "luxury airport shuttle Nashville" and you have nothing covering that — it's a gap.

The engine detects these automatically from your Google Search Console data. After each keyword snapshot, it analyzes unranked search queries, groups them into topic clusters using AI, and classifies each cluster as Direct (matches your services) or Adjacent (related but different — good for educational content). These auto-detected gaps compete alongside manually curated gaps in the topic selection system, so the highest-value opportunity always wins.

Instead of always creating new posts, the engine sometimes rewrites existing ones that are almost performing well — ranking on page 2, or getting impressions but not clicks. It keeps the same URL, title, and structure but strengthens the content. Improving an indexed post often delivers faster results than publishing a new one.

If you've made manual edits to a post, the system detects those changes and protects them — your added links and modified sections are preserved during enhancement. You can view a side-by-side diff of what changed on the Command Center. Track ranking impact in Analytics under "Enhancement Performance."

Create a post about a specific topic on demand, instead of waiting for the daily automation to choose. Useful for timely topics or keywords you want to target immediately. Available on the Domination plan, up to 30 per month on top of daily automation.
